Went on our first trip with the dogs. Cottage was very dog friendly. Ex. Dog pillows, water bowls, poop bags, pee pad, squeak toys, blanket covering the sofa and a wonderful small enclosed dog park with poop bags and trash can.
We were so impressed! The cottages were very comfortable and cozy! Loved the private hot tub and we'll equipped kitchenette. Super close to town. Had a wonderful time hiking and wandering Wimberley during the day and then having dinner delivered from a local restaurant!
We had a great time celebrating a 60th Birthday with our closest friends! We rented 4 cabins beside each other. They were all clean and cozy. They have a small kitchenette that was very helpful. Also, the cabins each have a private hot tub, very clean. They even have a larger area for a party/reunion--that has lots of tables and an area to cook. Would definitely return.
Wonderful property! We very much enjoyed our recent stay in “Coral”, and our little mini poodle really liked the nice dog enclosure nearby. Super convenient to Wimberley, but still nice and quiet. We’ll definitely be back.
PERFECT for a weekend in Wimberley! We loved the personal hot tub on the cottage deck, the separate living area and the kitchen. It all felt quite private even amongst several other cottages. We will be back!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was such a great experience. The cottages are very cute and have everything you need except for a washer and dryer, which didn’t bother us at all. Check-in was easy and we loved that it’s all self-service. You just use a code to get in and out, so there’s no need to deal with anyone directly. The hot tub was a perfect addition and felt completely private. They even left a sweet card for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. We love that it is dog friendly and we could bring our pup with us. The dog park was super close to our cottage which was perfect for taking him out. The only issue we had was with the double doors in our bedroom that led out to the patio. The lock didn’t really work, so you could pull or push them open even when locked. It felt like a small safety concern, but I’m sure it was just that particular cottage. Wimberley itself is beautiful and peaceful, but it doesn’t have many big stores nearby. If you need places like Target or Walmart, plan for about a 30-minute drive there and back, so make sure to bring everything you’ll need ahead of time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and definitely plan to come back for one of our future anniversaries.
Our anniversary trip was fabulous! This precious cottage had everything we needed — cozy, clean, and perfectly stocked. We loved how close it was to downtown restaurants and shopping, yet it still felt so peaceful and private. The personal hot tub was such a treat, and we really enjoyed the beautiful river view and surrounding nature. Highly recommend!
We have stayed here twice and we love Cypress Creek Cottages. They have everything you will possibly need and more.ITS PET FRIENDLY Our fur babies love their VIP Treatment! It’s so beautiful and peaceful and everyone that stays there are always nice. I can’t say enough great things about this place.
